The setup data bytes are defined as follows:
SETUPDAT[0] = bmRequestType
SETUPDAT[1] = bmRequest
SETUPDAT[2:3] = wValue
SETUPDAT[4:5] = wIndex
SETUPDAT[6:7] = wLength
This buffer contains the 8 bytes of SETUP packet data from the most recently received CONTROL
transfer.
The data in SETUPBUF is valid when the SUDAV (Setup Data Available) Interrupt Request bit is
set.
