Bit 7-0 GPIFA7:0 Enable GPIF Address Pins
Set these pins to “1” to configure this port to output the lower address of enabled GPIF
address pins. Additional bit set in PORTECFG, bit 7.
Set these pins to “0” to configure this as Port C.
